Design: Besides designing our own in-house products, Broowe carries out design work on behalf of customers in both mechanical and hydraulic applications.
Quality: Using our engineering and production experience, we travel overseas to qualify suppliers and certify their products.
Package Assembly: In order to allow our customers to concentrate on their strengths and leave the hydraulics side to us, we design, assemble and test hydraulic packages prior to delivery.
Testing: 100% of Broowe products are tested prior to delivery.
Hose & fittings: We provide a crimping service.
Repair: We repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
BROOWE GOODS OF LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Period: BROOWE manufactures goods with a standard warranty of 24 months from start of use by the customer or 27 months from delivery date ex-factory, whichever is shorter. 保修期限:BROOWE产品的保修期为从客户开始使用之日起24个月,或从货物出厂之日起27 个月,先到为准。
2. Terms & conditions: the warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and manufacturing. Drennan will replace defective parts free of charge and, for goods returned to our warehouse under warranty and accepted as defective, labour will be free of charge.
保修条件:保修范围包括材料和制造存在的缺陷或质量问题的产品。对于经卓尔能公司认定确实存在问题并且在保修范围内的产品,卓尔能将提供免费修理或者更换服务。
The warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
以下条款不在保修范围内: a. problems caused by inaccurate assembly/commissioning or assembly/commissioning not according to instruction manuals 由于不正确安装或不按说明书安装而导致的故障; b. problems caused by improper operation including operation at performance higher than that for which the equipment was designed 由于不正确使用(包括使用工况高于产品的设计工况)而导致的故障; c. any other inappropriate use 其它不正确的使用而导致的故障 d. failure to carry out regular maintenance on the equipment 产品未定期保养; e. unauthorized modifications have been made to the equipment 未经我公司许可,改动产品; f. damage caused by accident 意外事故造成的产品损坏; g. warranty identification label broken or altered; 保修识别标签毁坏或更改。 Outside warranty conditions normal parts and labour costs will be charged. 保修范围外的部件更换维修,我公司将收取部件费和人工费。
3. Procedure: warranty claim goods are to be returned to our warehouse freight pre-paid for inspection. After inspection, if the goods are deemed faulty through material defect or manufacture defect, they will be repaired free of charge. 操作程序:退回我公司的产品的运费,由客户承担。我公司检查后,确认产品有材料或制造的质量问题,我公司将免费维修。
4. Time: Warranty service takes place under normal business working hours from 08.30 to 17.30 Mon-Fri, not including state holidays. 时间:保修服务在工作日进行,即每周星期一到星期五,8:30 到17:30。法定节假日除外。
5. Transport: Warranty claim goods are to be returned to our warehouse freight pre-paid. Upon repair under warranty the goods will be returned to the customer freight collect. 运输:退回我公司的货物运费由客户提前支付。产品经更换/维修,发给客户后,客户付返程运费。
6. On-site warranty: If goods are not returned to our warehouse, then transport costs to and from site and lodging costs at site for our technician will be borne by the customer. 现场修理:如果货物未发回我公司,我公司技术人员前往现场检查维修的往返路费和食宿费将由客户承担。
7. Non-warranty repair: All repair or service outside warranty will only be carried out after payment in advance. See ANNEX I for service fee standard. 非保修范围的维修:所有非保修范围内的维修,在客户支付维修预付款后进行。有关服务费用标准见附录I。
